Please read these terms carefully before using the WealthSuite.io platform.

1. Agreement

Welcome to WealthSuite.io ("Platform").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WealthSuite.io platform operated by Ennam JSC.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. About the Platform

WealthSuite.io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to organize, store, manage, collaborate on, and share wealth planning, estate planning, business, financial, legal, and other related documents.

The Platform is provided solely as a technology solution.

Ennam JSC is not a law firm, trustee, fiduciary, financial advisor, accountant, tax advisor, investment advisor, or estate planning provider.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

3. Ownership of Documents

All documents, files, records, images, data, templates completed by the user, uploaded content, and information stored within your account remain your sole property (or the property of the rightful owner).

Ennam JSC:

  • Does not claim ownership of your documents.
  • Does not acquire intellectual property rights to your content.
  • Does not become a trustee, executor, custodian, beneficiary, attorney, or legal representative.
  • Does not manage or control your estate, assets, trusts, companies, investments, or financial affairs.

You retain full ownership and responsibility for all content uploaded or created within the Platform.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information entered.
  • The legality of documents uploaded.
  • Keeping documents current.
  • Selecting who may access your information.
  • Decisions made based upon your stored information.

You acknowledge that the Platform does not verify the legal validity or enforceability of any document.

5. SaaS Platform Only

The Platform provides software tools including, but not limited to:

  • Document organization
  • Secure storage
  • Workflow management
  • Collaboration
  • Digital vault functionality
  • Notifications
  • File sharing
  • Electronic records
  • Reporting
  • Account management

The Platform is not responsible for managing your legal affairs, wealth, estate, trust, business entities, or financial assets.

6. No Professional Advice

Any information, templates, examples, checklists, workflows, AI-generated content, or recommendations provided through the Platform are for informational purposes only.

Users should consult qualified professionals before making legal, tax, financial, investment, estate planning, or business decisions.

7. Security

Ennam JSC employs commercially reasonable security measures to protect user information.

However, no internet-based system is completely secure.

Users are responsible for:

  • Protecting login credentials.
  • Enabling available security features.
  • Maintaining backups of important records when appropriate.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful content.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Interfere with Platform operations.
  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent activities.

10. Availability

While Ennam JSC strives to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, upgrades, outages, or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect Platform access.

11. Data Retention

Upon account termination or cancellation, documents may remain available for a limited retention period in accordance with our data retention policy unless otherwise required by law.

After the applicable retention period, data may be permanently deleted.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform software, interface, branding, graphics, logos, workflows, source code, and related technology are owned by Ennam JSC or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform during an active subscription.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ennam JSC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of documents caused by user actions.
  • Errors in user-entered information.
  • Legal disputes arising from document content.
  • Estate planning decisions.
  • Financial losses.
  • Tax consequences.
  • Investment decisions.
  • Business decisions.
  • Third-party actions.
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ennam JSC and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates against claims arising from:

  • Your uploaded content.
  • Your misuse of the Platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable laws.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including cloud storage, identity verification, electronic signature providers, payment processors, or communication services.

Ennam JSC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party providers.

16. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in unlawful activities.
  • Threaten Platform security.
  • Abuse Platform services.

Users may request account closure at any time, subject to applicable data retention requirements.

17. Changes to These Terms

Ennam JSC may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email when appropriate.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Ennam JSC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment

By creating an account, uploading documents, or using WealthSuite.io, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You own (or are authorized to use) all documents you upload or create.
  • Your documents remain your property at all times.
  • Ennam JSC does not own, control, manage, administer, or supervise your legal, financial, estate, wealth, or trust matters.
  • Ennam JSC provides only the software platform through which you choose to organize and manage your own information.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, maintenance, and use of all information stored within your account.
